Welcome  to Diabetic Association Medical College E- Library . It is the integral part of Diabetic Association Medical College. The Library is online based fully Automated Medical College Library since 2018 through SLiMS Library Management System Software  with excellent collection of  latest medical books, journals, magazines & newspapers which can provide up to date information to the users.

The library maintain different areas, like  Circulation desk, Silent study area, Group study area, Teacher’s study area, E-resource Center (Cyber cafe), Journal section , Newspaper corner and a special Female Prayer room.

Hi speed Wi-Fi & Broadband internet connection helps the library users to access online resources such as  OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue), E-Books, E-Journal, Research4life (HINARI), PubMed, Medline & other medical database.

The library can accommodate 205 users at a times in its well-furnished area. On an average more than 150 users use this library every day.

The library books are arranged according to the National Library of Medicine (NLM) of USA classification number, so that the related subjects remain together.

Library Hour

The library remains open from 8.00 am to 8.45 pm pm in all working days. It remains closed on Friday & National holidays.
